REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Period You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn with original tags attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order number required

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer's change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
• Defective products or incorrect shipment: On The Green pays return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or washed items
• Items with tags removed
• Sale/discounted items (exchange only)

Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
